The ERDC Group strives to sustain and continually improve the high quality of services it provides to ensure that our customers' requirements and expectations are consistently achieved.

To meet this objective The Group operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and is based on a series of written procedures covering all aspects of the work or service provided.

The ERDC quality system is externally assessed by BM Trade Certification Ltd and is subject to regular audit.
