THE WORKS:
Redevelopment of an existing industrial site to create 2261 sq m (24,338 sqft) of high quality office accommodation close to Edinburgh Airport.
In the initial phase, the contract required demolition of existing industrial buildings and dwellings, removal of material from site, and land remediation works. Following this, the necessary groundworks, drainage, and utility installations were undertaken, to create the serviced plot for the office accommodation. Constructed in two wings of high spec open plan space with raised floors and comfort cooling. The design & build development utilised render, patent glazing aluminium curtain walling and tinted glass. Fit out also by The ERDC Group.
