THE WORKS:
The ERDC Group Limited were the design and build contractor for two phases of a speculative high quality industrial and workshop accommodation. Phase 1 consisted of the construction of 5 units totalling a letting space of 3312m2 . Each unit is fully serviced and consists of high quality office space and the feature of each unit is an open plan stair well with glazed curtain walling. The building units are steel framed with cladded roofs and walls. The project was developed through the close working relationship with strategic supply partners and delivered on time and to budget. There were extensive external ancillary works including servicing, earthworks, road construction, drainage, service yards, hard and soft landscaping and car park areas.GENERAL:
