Scottish Enterprise Technology Park 2
THE WORKS:
Phase II of ERDC In Partnerships involvement on Scottish Enterprise Technology Park provides the next step in the ladder of accommodation on the park. Completed in April 2002, the project provides 20,000 sq. ft. net of quality technology space.
Created in partnership with Scottish Enterprise Lanarkshire and the European Regional Development Fund.
The development comprises two wings of upper level accommodation around the central core providing common facilities. Each wing is sub-divided into two units and the building has been designed to provide good quality naturally ventilated office and technology space.
