Birkenhead Youth Club, Birkenhead

ERDC were chosen to regenerate a piece of derelict land adjoining the Birkenhead Youth Club into a brand new third generation Fieldturf Classic football pitch including new boundary walls and floodlighting.

The 8 week programme included excavations, new drainage system, base works, kerbing and the installation of the new synthetic surface.  New rebound boards were supplied and a new 6 column floodlighting system was installed.

Works commenced October 2009 and the project was handed over to our client ahead of programme in December 2009.
