ERDC Building has amassed extensive experience and expertise, carrying out a range of prestigious building projects throughout Scotland and the North of England.

In the early years, traditionally tendered contracts were, by far, the principal component of this building work. However, in recent years, this highly successful building division has played a key role in the rapid expansion of this multi-disciplinary Group of Construction Companies, with alternative forms of building contracts becoming the norm rather than the exception. Nowhere is more evident than in the Company's success in design and build projects.
